Honestly, no, you will be much better off if you buy a Mini-Z MR02, it will handle WAY better than the Xmod, and you will just be alot happier with the quality.

Also, I would look at other websites, atomicmods has alot higher prices than the other places.

I don't know. Its always fun to have stuff that other people don't have...and I have seen some cool xmods. But shaun is right about the atomic mods stuff... they have good stuff but check around, you can get some of the stuff cheaper and just as good. Ceck the toyz on ebay see if they still have anything, they have been ver good to me in the past. But why not...I say go for it but do some research first, you may find some great deals.

I just noticed, if you decide to do this don't pay $55 for the BumbleBee xmod... that's way too much. You can find them online way cheaper... if you really want one I may still have one, I was selling them on ebay for $45 and that was pushing it. I you build this let me know, I'll check and if I have one I'd let it go for $40 + actual shipping cost.

Well you can get xmods for about thirty a full gpm upgrade for about 60-90 bucks and some liths and charger for about 35 bucks. See if you can get somebody to custom wind you a motor with a stage 1 arm and atomic bbcan.

Or maybe even build your chasis, there is nothing quite as satisfying as building something yourself instead of just throwing parts together.

thats $20 and you get one heck of truck for that extra $ trust me i've done the reading, the reasearch, i'm not saying the evadars a bad truck not at all it's great but you're lookin at a corvette and a ferrai so it's you're choice, both are good just one better

at my hobby shop they have a retired rc18r carpet racer for $150

that sounds a bit much but i'm goin' on the price of a 18r stock so with the right upgrades it could be worth it but it's your $ you get what you want, i'll just tell you how i'ld spend it (yeah i'm in one of my moods where i get uber philisophical...)
