Here is my new to me RB5 (I didn't paint the body, and it is the only custom painted shell that I own that wasn't painted by me). And yes that is a foam TC wheel on the front of the buggy (the front use the same sized hex's as a TC), and my TC in the back ground.

I was just seeing if it would fit, as I have read that the front hex is the same size as TC hexes.

Cool, do you have an indoor track or is this a near end of the season deal? The body looks good but I like the TC body (that you painted) in the background better...still, very cool.

In a way it was an end of season deal, but I do have a few indoor tracks that are near by. One in the carpet track where I race TC, but they do run 10th scale trucks with carpeted jumps, and every now and then they will have a 2wd buggy class. Although at that track I will only race TC and maybe 12th scale (if they have a rental car). Then I have another track that is about 1.5 hours away that runs indoor clay (high grip dirt) durring the winter, here is a link to that track http://www.leisurehoursraceway.com/. I will try to make it out there every now and then (I normaly car pool with some people form the South Bend, IN area as I am on the way). Then there are a few other off-road tracks that we plan on car pooling to durring the winter (their not local, but they are worth the trip)

Although I don't know if I will run it in the winter, unless I get some electrionics for it, so I can go and race.

As for the shell on the buggy, I don't really care for the colors, but it does look nice. Also at some point I will get a new shell and paint it up like my TC, and truck

Yeah it is a nice track, although I have only raced on their indoor off-road track. I have been there twice last season, and the group I ride out there with is planing on going out there about once a month (not sure if that will happen, but in any case we will be out there a few times).

You should make the trip out there, as it is a really nice track, and is worth the trip. Also you could race your xxx-t, if you were to use a 19t brushed motor or a 10.5 BL motor (that might change to a 13.5 though), and then pick up a set of losi pink taper pins for the rear and you are good to go (if you have ribs on the front they will work fine). Also they have a notive class that you can race, just so you can get the hang of racing, and so you won't feel like you are in the way of anyone in the normal class.

And it is a lot of fun. Keep in mind that is for the indoor clay track. Also I will let you know when we plan on making a trip out there.

That would be sweet, and who knows you might see me out there at some point durring the indoor season (it is fun to meet member of the forums to put a face with the name).

I will send you a pm of when my group plans on making a trip out there, then all you have to do is look for a truck with this paint (and you will find me, or you might not right away if I am running one of my other cars)
