| You could make the flag out of paper, but it won't flap in the wind. Also it might act as a vertacle stablizer and causing flipping on turns. | |

| Most ppl walk up to you and ask about a flag when they see one, so it doesn't need to be to big. It just has to look good imo. | |

| All you have to do is save the sites banner pic (or i can email it to whomever wants it) and then resive it to the size needed, print and tape to an antennae tube, body, or use a a spoiler! | |

| It lloks really sweet, but a lot harder to do. I had to first glue it on with ca glue and then reinforce it with 5 minute epoxy on the bottom. And the cf took 20 minutes of sanding to get it that good looking. But it still looks pretty factory! -Schwenzo | |

I glued it on with ca glue first, then to add strength I put a bead of 5 minute gel epoxy(from loctite) along the bottom joint right where the cf meets the plastic cover. -Schwenzo

| I hate epoxy! i used it once, and it took 2 days to dry (it hade 5 minuts on the box!) its messy, and just a pain to work with if tyou ask me. But i guss it was one of those bad once in a while experiences since the stuff is used so often. | |

| On my original plastic design I used a plastic glue from Citidel (Games Workshop) for 2 reasons.
1. I had a decent supply in my house. 2. It melts the plastic pieces to form a stronger bond.
I'll admit the Carbon Fiber looks cool but If I went Carbon Fiber I'd attach the piece to the entire top of the ESC cover instead of around the antenna hole. Then get some Carbon Fiber tape from Pep Boys and cover the rest of the ESC cover trying to make it look like a formed piece of Carbon Fiber.

| I would do that but I race this truck and rules are made srictly for the antenna mod cuz everyone does it. The rule state that the supporting element may be attached to the back of the esc cover only, it cannot cover the top as this adds weight and the dt mod rules are very strict.

There is up sides and down sides to carbon fiber. The "Up Side" Strong Rigid Light The "Down Side" Once it bends, it breaks Wow "spring" back like plastic You can't "un bend" it like alloy It conducts electricity unlike plastic.

| Okay, I just thought that because there was a guy that bought a micro the first day they came out at my lhs, and he was back a week later with that same mod, but aluminum. It looked pretty killer.
