Huh? do you mean it steers but wont go forward or backwards ? Have you tightened the slipper? Because if you get it too tight it will lock up the transmission. If you did, before you panic try taking about a turn out of the tensioning screw.

pretty much what sidewinder is saying is, losen the plastic nut on the shaft that the spur gear sits on but not too much, just a little.

Now the bolts,axels are moveing but not the wheels

Loosen it a little more, and are you able to turn the wheels by hand or are they stuck too?

i can only turn one the other one doesnt go and loosen it ??? what do i loosen

Loosen the slipper further, if not take apart the gearbox becuase on the smallest diff I think you have broken one of the spider gears inside of the diffs. Or even look for rocks and debree int eh gearbox.

If you have to take it apart and don't have the instructions take pictures as you go so that you can see where everything went. Trust me, it's a bad feeling to have a part left over when you think you've put everything back in place.

is there a grinding or clicking sound when you spin the wheels? if not try taking off the wheels to see if its not the wheels that are rubbing against the hubs to much. if there is and you dont want to take apart the gearbox, you could always go the simple way and just buy a new complete gearbox with new gears in it for about $15 with shipping from thetoyz.com
