| I don't like to do lipo because I don't want to deal with how dangerous it can be...right now I just have a 6 cell nimh. I'm thinking of selling both and getting a charger and a 9 cell battery so I can still have a little bit more power.
The sidewinder system is very nice and 102 dollars but I've heard they sold out and if you try to return it you have to wait a few weeks before they restock again. I may just get the chinese one for 45 dollars because its half the price of the sidewinder. If I save up enough money I may get the sidewinder but then again I could take the money I save and put in some more durablilty parts. I don't know I have to think about it. | |

| Well I managed to fix my brushed motor so now I won't have to go brushless. I've descided on a new metal spur, 18 tooth pinion, and a motor heatsink, this way I can get lots of speed out of it and still keep it fairly cool. | |

| I have seen those they look really nice but I have the 2 channel receiver from an rc18, my stock receiver went. Today both my diffs went...lol....I ordered steel diffs from the toyz for both front and rear. I may get a 3 channel receiver fm receiver for more distance and I canget the fan heat sinks. I also ordered some more brushes. | |

| Yoou can splice the fan into the power wires to the radio from the esc (black and red) It works, i've done it, and you can use connectors if you wnt so you can revomove it more easily! | |

| Woah never thought of that, would the 7.2 volts be too much for the fan though or would it still be fine. That will be next when i get some more money | |

| No, the power from the radio wires to the radio is only 4.8 volts, the voltage its supposed to operate on! I tried my car out with just the heat sink today (unpluged the fan) and it got to 172*F in under 5 minutes, i pluged it back in after it cooled, and drove it for the whole pack (45 minutes(2100mah 2s lipo))without the motor getting over 135*F, the fan helps alot!!! | |

| OOO I was thinking of the wires that go from the ESC to the motor . Well when I get my new diffs installed I'll attempt to get a video up depending on weather. My camera only holds 25 seconds of video at a time so it takes a while to make a decent video. | |

| When I get the money..... . Anyways I installed the steel diffs and the are really binding up. I'm gonna try putting some white lithium grease in the diff and see how that goes. Got it fixed I had to reverse the differential . | |
