| Glad I could help. I may have to get a few myself...Honestly I never even thought of putting a driver inside anything except the Tamiya F1's and a Sprinter I had. | |

I guess I'm one of the few that like trucks/cars looking as they should when running on the track.

1. Please turn off Caps Lock when posting. 2. Yes, drivers are nice looking. I wish they would produce them in scale for the RC racer/bashers. The slotcar racers have driver figures even for their wing-thing cars (I wonder if they still make the female one or discontinued it because of the ways some of the teenagers were painting it.) All ROAR and the other sanctioning bodies would have to say is one rule change saying all cars must include a driver figure and then Parma/PSE and ProLine would get on the ball and produce them. I still say If Parma/PSE can make them for the 24th scale slotcar guys they should be able to make them for us.

| HEY BILBO, WHATS WRONG WITH ALL CAPS? I KIND OF LIKE ALL CAPS. ITS BIGGER AND LOOKS LIKE I'M SHOUTING...WHICH I AM...CAN YOU HEAR ME? ITS ONLY ABOUT 300 MILES FROM MY HOUSE TO YOURS.....
Ok, sorry. Hey Micro T Master you could resin cast that and sell copys. I doubt that Tamiya still has a valid copyright on it. If your interested just search "alumilite" or "smooth-on" Its pretty simple stuff.

When you get ready to buy one check with the guys over at bitpimps.lixlink they mod them and might have one or two hoarded away that they'd be willing to sell. If you can find one, the Metl-Tech was a decent propo micro. and then there's always epoch...

And at 1/64th scale (claimed scale of Zip Zaps, Zip Zaps SE and BitChar-G) you don't need it any faster or you would never be able to control it. On the oval track I made to run them on anything higher than the slowest (1.0-1.6) would take all the driver's skill to keep it from wrecking each lap.

| Zip Zap List price $19.99 Zip Zap SE List Price $24.99 BitChar-G (Microsizer) List Price $29.99 Clone of BCG $5-$15 (I've have some very good clones) Epoch List Price $70.00 dNano Price (estimated) $180-$220 Bang for the buck the Clones and Zip Zaps were the best. If you can find a ZZ SE they are sweet. Here's a couple of 64th scale rc that I modified for a contest a while ago. The Camero is a Zip Zap, the Firebird is a ZZ SE and the S2000 (yes, that blue one started life as a Honda S2000) is on a BCG Clone chassis. | |
