| I actually had a chance to set up my RCP track today and tested my Vet vs Micro-t
Vette-Springs, tierods, stage one 11 tooth, lowered
Micro-t- New wheels and tires
The micro-t smoked the vette. However the micro-t lacked a lot of cornering grip, it was sliding everywhere but I was able to keep it under control most of th etime.
Then it was the 6 cell mustang vs the micro-t
Mustang-6cell, stage 2 12 tooth, suspension, lowering kit, tires and rims.
Mustang smoked the micro-t, the mustang just out handled and powered the micro-t, absolutley smoked it on handling and lap times. I am somewhat impressed with my xmods but I beleive with more development the micro-t can do better.

| Very cool. The Countach is my favorite car ever...well, street legal car anyway. I got the chance to drive one about ten years ago at a freind of my uncle's house...ok, it was only from the owners garage to his pool side (for pictures) and I almost drove it into the pool. They really weren't built for anyone over six foot tall...not to mention my shoulders were wider than the seatback. Still, I would have killed for that car...and as bad a fit as it was it wasn't nearly as bad as my uncle's Lotus Esprit. | |

| My dads friend had a chance to drive a Gallardo and he said it was the best expirence he has ever had. It sounded so good.
Bleive it or not that car came red and i didn;t paint it red. Its kind of small for an xmod but it may work good (took a lot of shaving) for the extended micro-t you have with the pontiac.

| I have about 4 xmods sitting around doing nothing...One gen 1, one Mustang, one Bumblebee, and a Barricade...oh and a Toyota truck. I may have to do some bodies...but I think I do a Lambo it will be a static model so I can do some serious detail. | |

| I race mine no matter what, the challenger is actually getting rebuilt and will become a shelf queen. It has served me many good drags. | |

| yea thats exactly the car model body, I cut out the back though so the engine would fit in mine. Mini-zs are just really expensive though, I can't try and make random stuff on them. | |

| Hey, I just noticed the bigger rear tires on the Challenger, are those xmods wheels and tires or some aftermarket brand? They look good from what I can see. | |

| Off of a nascar diecast, they get decent traction and only took a little trimming to fit the rim. They also look 100 times better with that body. I did get some primer on teh stang last week I'll get some pics up tomorrow. | |

| Nascar diecast? Great idea, amd I have a few exta I picked up at Dollar Gengreal for $10 when they were being cleared out. The mustang looks good, I saw one somewhere that was a fade (top to bottom) from blue to purple...it was great. If you really want to test your spraying skills House of Kolor is making candy paints for models. HOC paint | |

| I already ahve an airbrush though but tahnks for the tip, I need to go look at different paint chemes and see what i like. The charger is almost done being fixed and re builded so it can be a shelf queen. | |

| I was debating a flame job but I'm unsure of my airbrushing skills as far as flames. I could try it on some crappy plastic and if I'd like it I'll just do some waterslide decals. | |

| You could do the flames on your computer (photoshop...or if you don't have it Gimp is free) then get the inkjet decal paper. They have white or clear and I think they are waterslide...I think, I've never used them, but I have seen some that other people have done. They look pretty good, and it's not all that expensive. Or you could do something like this...maybe a different name: | |

| I personally use Photoimapact XL or 8 depending on what I'm doing...the older one has a few effects they got rid of that I like so more often than not I use 8. But I just loked at that paint program, it looks pretty good, and you can't beat the price. | |
