| Heres a vid of me (micro-t) against my brothers xmod lancer, we had stop halfway through the race because he was having some interference problems and had to switch out crystals. I let my bros GF try out my micro-t, she broke one of the lower links, but I fixed it with taht guitar pick trick. | |

| Micro-t would deffintely win no doubt, unless it was a different track and how modified the xmod was. | |

| Hmmm I still think the brushless micro would win, however if you stuck a micro-t board in an xmod and pineed it up against the micro, THAT would be an interesting race. | |

| The taller tires would make it faster top speed wise, but it would be slower accelerating and conering would be worse because the center of gravity would be higher...well, unless the CG was too low to beging with. I'd bet on the T unless lt was a long straight track. Also on the raminator isn't the battery out back? I think I remember seeing something like that. If it is, it would be really easy to spin.
The Xmod with the T's board, a hotter motor, and some lipos might be a lot of fun...just shim the wheels, replace the shocks and springs...those magnetic ones looked cool...and then replace the body with a lite weight lexan shell. That might be worth thinking about, I do have a few sitting around that have never been out of the box.

| Actually Sidewinder i', going to be getting a lexan body soon from XI. I was thinking about going with a micro-t board in my xmod but I think I'm just going to stick with hobby grade as it will almost be cheaper!
Plus with the battery out back the raminator would be wheely city!

| Not a problem. You have a Raminator don't you? It might be fun to stick a smaller set of wheels and tires on, like the street meats, and see how it handles. That rear weight bias with a smaller set of tires might make for a micro drifter. | |
