It always get like that with any kind of racing. We have a mini stock class at the local dirt track, most of the guys have 2-3K into the cars, pay $25 per person to get into race (figure at least 3 people per car in the pits) and they run for $150 to win. Add fuel and torn up parts and you probably spend $200-$300 a week to win $150 at best. The stupidest part about it is they have more fights and shouting matches than the late model or sprint guys ever do ($500-$1000 a week minimum).

I've always thought the smaller the class, the bigger the egos.

No but thats funny as heck! I hate when you wake up after a nightmare and wack your head on the ceiling...when I sit up i hit my head on the ceiling kind of a bad palce for my bed...

I saw that! I thought i saw that car somewhere... Is it a Tamiya f-350 4x4? no a wheelie King!

I havn't seen the movie yet, so all I know is that he is an RC MT. And I can't find a pic of him on-line.

Some people say it is a Tamiya High Lift which would be my definition of the Tamiya f-350 highlift. We know for sure it is a hobbygrade rc car.

It was a good movie. 2h 30mins. But good.

yeah i'm 99% sure its a king if you look at the plates, and such and the axels they look like king orgins, its all Al but they don't really look like the tams' and the highlift doesn't have TVP's where as the king does... and the tires look king spec

Well, the character's name is Wheelie...I'm guessing that's a clue. I do have to admit I thought it looked like a tamiya but I wasn't paying very close attention before it transformed.

Sidewinder Wheelie has been around since the org. anime/cartoon, although he was a very small car at that time. On a side note I was a big fan of the show back then, although I seen most of them on tape (lol I don't know very many people who even know what a VHS tape looks like anymore).

Yeah I read that somewhere, there was a tranformers fan site that was pissed because they said "wheelie" was a decepticon in the new movie...apparently he had been a autobot in the cartoon. I just kind of figured they were right...but I do have to admit I didn't read the whole thread.

I would use a pic of one of my RC's that is of a race pic, although I don't have my own PC so I can't do that. However I did once have one of my champing winning models as a background for a short time. lol

This is mine right now, I met Jewel at a party a couple of years ago, I know she'd never remember me, but she made enough of an impression that I've been a fan ever since.

i've been that way before and i probally would've done the same tho lack of quality pics/my mom/sis being able to see my desktop, i'd get major crap and a nice long talking too... and bleh

I was getting into it for a while but haven't been back lately. If you ever run across a Oderus Ungerus and the city of Gwar, that would be me. It's probably been leveled by now though.

those dremels sure are handy and lots of fun and i'd probally go for the rc18MT if you the electronics... i was soreltempted to get a e-firestrom they have um on amain for 170 :O
